Please note, we endeavour to capture pictures of items for sale in clear daylight but appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures or pits. As no natural item is ever the same due to the unique patterns and crystalline composures, please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.
All items purchased from Luxx Crystal Collective are carefully packaged.
Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, accidents may occur during transit on a rare occasion.
For breakages and exchange requests, please email luxxcrystalcollective@outlook.com with your order number and a photo along with your enquiry within 5 business days of receiving the item/s.
Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Luxx Crystal Collective.
